As a father and a peer supporter, I've seen firsthand how quickly young people can disappear when the system fails. These experiences have affected me, but also motivated me.

With this food truck I want to put young people back into the spotlight – give them opportunities, teach them skills, and above all: make them feel that they matter.

This project is more than just a mobile kitchen. It's a place where flavor, resilience, and hope converge. I believe that everyone, regardless of their background, has the right to a future with perspective.

That's why our truck will be driving to schools, squares, and events. Not just to serve delicious samosas, but especially to create opportunities for those who need them most.
